Brieanne Nikrandt co-leads the homebuilder finance strategy for Kennedy Lewis Investment Management.  Over her 20+ year career in real estate and finance, Ms. Nikrandt has originated and underwritten over $30 billion in land banking and joint venture transactions and has extensive experience structuring complex transactions, repositioning and restructuring assets, and selling residential real estate assets.  Prior to joining Kennedy Lewis in 2021, Ms. Nikrandt held senior leadership positions at Domain Real Estate Partners, CDCG (residential investment platform for GSO Capital Partners), and Saybrook Community Capital.
