Warren Krug is Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Brookfield Residential, responsible for strategic and capital planning, and for advancing the company’s disciplined approach to investment activities and capital allocation within Land Development and Housing Operations across North America. 

He began his career with the company in 2009 and has been instrumental in guiding initiatives that strengthen governance, performance, and long-term growth across the business. Warren serves on the Community Development Council of the Urban Land Institute and has previously advised the SickKids Hospital Innovators program. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a Chartered Professional Accountant
