Tony Callahan’s is VP of National Purchasing at Shea Homes.  Where he is responsible for the vertical construction costs in eleven states.  Prior, he was Partner at the Callahan Consulting Group which specialized in the Homebuilding and Building Products industry.  His experience includes various positions for public homebuilders including Chief Procurement Officer at Beazer Homes and National Purchasing Manager at NVR.  

His qualifications include a unique blend of experience, education and certification.  He has more than 20 years of leadership experience within manufacturing, building products, distribution and homebuilding.  Mr. Callahan’s education includes a master’s in business administration.  He maintains six professional certifications including Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) Certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), and Accredited Purchasing Practitioner (A.P.P.).  He is a licensed residential, light commercial contractor, general engineering contractor and general building contractor.
