Roger Gannon is the Chief Operating Officer of SHAWOOD in the United States, he has more than 30 years’ experience in homebuilding and executive leadership. He began his career in Florida and has led through roles including Corporate Vice President of Operations, Division President, and Region President across multiple markets.

Roger joined Woodside Homes in 2014 as Division President of Arizona and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2022. He now leads SHAWOOD’s U.S. operations, overseeing the expansion of Sekisui House’s luxury brand across key markets. Known for developing high-performance teams and operational excellence, Roger plays a central role in scaling SHAWOOD’s premium homebuilding platform in the United States.
