Steven Alloy is the President and CEO of Stanley Martin Homes, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. He joined the company in 1991 and was appointed President and CEO in 1998. Under his leadership, Stanley Martin has expanded its operations to include mortgage banking, title and settlement services, land development, and master-planned community development. Mr. Alloy also serves as Executive Chairman of Daiwa House USA, providing strategic oversight of its U.S. operations and directing key growth initiatives as well as on the board of directors of Alliance Residential, one of the largest apartment developers in the U.S. He holds a degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
