Throughout her career, Katja has been involved in a broad spectrum of major residential projects across California, Hawaii, Texas, China, and the Middle East. Her expertise spans a variety of building types, including custom residences, recreational facilities, resort clubhouses, mixed-use developments, and high-rise residential buildings. Katja's innovative approach to design balances creativity with functionality, ensuring that each project enhances its surroundings while meeting the unique needs of clients.
A true advocate for placemaking, Katja is passionate about helping clients bring their visions to life through thoughtful, context-driven designs. Katja has previously served as the President and Board Member for the 55+ Housing Council in Southern California. She is also a former member of Toastmasters International, where she held leadership positions as Secretary and Vice President of Membership, earning recognition for her public speaking skills.
