Malee Tobias, Senior Vice President and CMO, is the leader of Newland’s marketing, giving the team a customer-focused direction in community visioning, branding and marketing strategy, customer engagement, market research, and consumer insights. With the consumer as the focal point, Malee works with Newland’s operating divisions nationwide to delve into what home shoppers want in a community, neighborhood, and home, what matters to them, and how they want to live. Malee strategizes with teams on customer-centric development, brand, and communications strategies that align with consumer priorities and what they value. Malee is an integral member of the regional project teams, collaborating to identify market and customer opportunities, market positioning, branding and marketing strategies, acquisitions, development strategy, and product planning.
