Patrick O'Donoghue Zalupski is a dedicated husband and father, with strong personal values and a deep commitment to both family and community. He and his wife, Leah Zalupski, have been married since August 2013. The couple exchanged vows in the scenic town of Highlands, North Carolina, and have since built a vibrant family life together.

Patrick and Leah are proud parents to three children, all currently residing with them in Jacksonville, Florida:

• Daphne Zalupski (age 8)
• Darby Zalupski (age 4)

Patrick is a graduate of Stetson University, where he earned a degree in Finance in 2003. Leah is a graduate of the University of Florida, where Patrick now proudly serves on the Board of Trustees, having been appointed in 2023.

Professionally, Patrick is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Dream Finders Homes, Inc. and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since January 2021 following the company’s IPO (NYSE: DFH). He has served as CEO of Dream Finders Homes LLC since its inception in December 2008 and has led the company’s growth from closing just 27 homes in Jacksonville, Florida, in its inaugural year to closing over 35,100 homes across 23 markets in 10 states through September 2024.

Before founding DFH, Patrick served as a Financial Auditor for FedEx Corporation’s Internal Audit Department and later as Managing Partner of Bay Street Condominiums, LLC. Since 2018, he has served on the investment committee of DF Capital Management, LLC, which focuses on land banks and joint ventures to deliver finished lots to DFH and other homebuilders for the construction of new homes.
