Susan Elovitz serves as the Director of Marketing at Thrive Home Builders and has been a marketing professional in the home building industry for over 20 years. Susan and her team develop and monitor creative digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple platforms; build brand identity, messaging, and awareness; and collaborate daily with website, PR, and design consultants.

Since joining the Thrive team in 2008, Susan has helped Thrive win eleven DOE Housing Innovation Awards in eight years, 2019 Indoor airPLUS Leader of the Year, the National Housing Quality Award (Bronze and Silver), Green Home of the Year from the Denver HBA for six consecutive years, and Professional Builder Magazine named Thrive Home Builders their 2017 Builder of the Year.
